Our policy with our guests

Payment

No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.

But any cost of the transaction (bank charges), during the booking process or when a refund is requested upon cancelation, is paid by the customer. 

A deposit of 30% is required, which is refundable if cancelled within the cancellation period of the equivalent season.

You may pay the rest of the amount (total amount minus the deposit 30%) upon arrival by cash or by card.

Our payment methods are:

  • Via Bank transfer
  • Western Union transfer
  • Visa – Mastercard via Ethniki Bank Payment Gateway
  • Cash on arrival (the rest of the payment minus the deposit)

For the guests who choose to pay cash upon arrival the rest of the amount, only euro is accepted. For payments using a credit card of your country in any other currency, you may proceed with the payment but the exchange cost needs to be paid by the guest. Please advise our Bank restrictions and terms in exchange charges.

Children up to 2 years old can stay for free.

Reservation

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. After that period the guest may not receive his deposit back.

No. The accepted period in order to receive your deposit back is 60 days before the checkin date.

Most of our properties are suitable for babies. Some of them are not. Please inform us if you are coming with a baby, since there are free services and equipment for families with babies in most of our properties.

The home address is not required in order to book.

Our guests must provide a phone number when they book. It is essential for a direct and good communication.

Cancelation

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. After that period the guest may not receive his deposit back.

Only if the the cancelation occurs up to 20 days before the checkin date. The cost of the transaction (bank charges) for the refund is paid by the customer.

Rules of the house

All of your properties are smoking free. You may smoke only outdoors on the terrace or the balcony.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in any of our properties.

Parties are not allowed in any of our properties.

You may not make any aesthetic changes in any of our properties. This applies both inside the house and outdoors in the garden. If by any means you find it necessary to move any furniture please request our help.

Check in & Check out

You may checkin from 14:00 till midnight.

The checkout is from 08:00 till 10:00.

Safety & Covid regulation

The region of Sithonia is quite safe. You are advised to keep your personal belongings at home and you are responsible for their safety by locking the doors and the windows. Most of our properties have a safety door.

All tourists who enter the country are obliged to have a negative test or getting vaccinated before traveling. All our properties get sanitised by a professional crew after every checkout and before a new visitor enters following the current regulation.
