The house (approximately 75 sqm) is furnished, fully equipped with modern appliances, with an open kitchen and with a lot of light. There is an air-conditioner for the hot days of summer and there are 2 wc (1 on each floor) and 1 bathroom (with a shower). All windows and doors have screens to protect against “flying invaders". With a close proximity to the beach (30 meters) and with a walking distance of less than 10 minutes from the center of Nikiti, your staying here will be unforgettable.
