A lovely maisonette 90 sqm located just in front of the sea. Only a few minutes away from the lovely village Nikiti, where you can find many nice restaurants, cafes and bars. The house is very spacious, with two big bedrooms which makes it ideal for a family with children. There is also a huge balcony with a view of the sea, where you can enjoy the lovely summer sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped and is located on the ground floor, through which you also have access to the private garden which also has outdoor furniture for you to use. There are also some chairs and an umbrella at the beach for you to enjoy a nice sunny day at the beach.
