Villa Lagonisi is located in a small gulf at Ormos Panagias – Chalkidiki, in the heart of Lagonisi. The beach is accessed only within the property where the entrance is restricted for its owners only, making it also private and just 2 min walking from Villa Lagonisi.
The villa is 100 sqm with totally 3 floors. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room, 3 Bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 WCs, a balcony with a great view, and a garden with BBQ. On the ground floor you can find a cozy living room, the kitchen with everything you may need (plus an espresso machine), access to the garden and a small WC. On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a WC. On the 2nd floor there is one double bed and one single bed.
Regarding the outside area of the house, there is a patio with a big table and also a huge garden where you can relax or even have a bbq. There is plenty of space outdoors, full of trees and grass for kids to play. There is also a private parking place for 2 cars inside the complex and next to the villa.
