This charming attic is a 55 sqm loft located in a wonderful location, placed in Metamorfosi village in Sithonia - Halkidiki. You will stay on the second floor of a three floors villa and you will have a big yard and two balconies to enjoy.  The attic is brand new as it was recently renovated and designed by the Greek designer Nasos Fotopoulos.

Dream Attic has everything you need, a bathroom with a shower and a huge spacious bedroom and a modern kitchen with a dining table. Enjoy your afternoon coffee in the balcony with the breathtaking view of the sunset between the mountains. The attic is in an amazing location surrounded by a forest. There is also a big garden, a kiosk, and a parking place if you come by car. This is a smart house, which means that you can switch on and off the lights or open the front door with your mobile.
